We ship USPS Parcel Post, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. We select which to use based on parcel size and distance shipped to get the best price. Usually this results in a 2 to 9 days delivery period from date of shipping.
Minimum shipping is $2.00 and maximum shipping charge to the is $15.00 for orders up to $400.00
Orders over $400 ship free.
Express Shipping - may be an additional charge and if you want express shipping, please contact us prior to purchasing. We may be able to help you out for no additional charge. We try to please!
Overnight Shipping - is not always possible and is expensive. Contact us to discuss.
Shipping outside the USA
There are restrictions and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. International shipping is via United States Postal Service Priority Post only.
Shipping is based on order value and starts at $10.00 up to $75.00 per order. We do not know the shipping until you place the order, so if you have any concerns please email for a quote on the shipping.
If we ship and find you have overpaid for shipping based on our calculator, we will automatically make an adjustment and refund the difference or issue you a store credit depending on the value.
Insurance
Every order we ship is insured.
Delivery Confirmation
We do not require signatures for delivery as many people find this an annoyance as they are often not at home when the parcel arrives.
The shipper may elect not to leave a parcel at their discretion. Tracking numbers for all orders will be available if not emailed automatically. Contact us if you have concerns, sometimes the parcel is held by the shipper when no one is at home to hand the parcel to, if they consider it a risk to leave it.
If you require a signature confirmation delivery please let us know at time of order and we will require it of the shipper.
Damage in shipping
All goods we ship, unless otherwise notified, are new and undamaged. We inspect all items when we ship. If you receive your items and they are damaged please notify us immediately. We will ensure you have the infomation you need to make a claim on the shipper. We may elect to make a claim on your behalf at our discretion.
Please document (photograph) any damage to packaging if you can before you open it. Open and document the damaged articles next and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Snap a few shots with a camera or cell phone and send them to us.
Do not delay as this may complicate a claim process or invalidate a claim as it becomes increasingly difficult to isolate when damage may have ben done.
Returns Policy
We accept returns on most products. Prior to returning an item please email or phone so we are aware of the return and discuss return options.
You may return as new items for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days, at your own expense.
You must insure the return parcel for the full purchase price and get a tracking number and notify us of that tracking number. Failure to do this will mean we will not be able to make a refund if the items do not get back to us.
Items used and with use wear or damage can not be returned unless we agree to it. Please contact us to discuss before returning. We respect your desire to return an item that is not working out, but we ask your respect that we can't exchange used for new, as this is a great way to go out of business!
If we ship in error we will replace the incorrectly shipped item with the correct item at our cost, once we get the original item back. We will then issue a store credit or a refund of the direct shipping and insurance cost of the return shipping.
We may also be able to send you a return shipping label to make the return easier.
Refunds
We will refund your money for returns via the method of payment. PayPal will get a PayPal refund, checks will get a check refund, etc.
We will make the refund as soon as we get the goods back and notify you. The time of refund after that is dependent on third party processing times and outside our control.
Non-returnable Items
Some items are not returnable because they are very hard to resell or, for health reasons we can not resell. We will notify you of any items that are not returable.
The following items are always non-returnable:
GurneyGoo anti chafe creams - for health reasons we will not take this product back.
100% Carbon Shaft Paddles - these paddle are very stiff and we do not recommend them for general use so treat them as custom order non returable.
Any item custom made or custom imported specifically at the buyer's request.
It may be possible for us to list an item for sale that you can't return and refer any buyers directly to you.
